Scott Seeberger

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

With over 30 years’ experience in military aviation, commercial aviation and federal law enforcement, Scott has a talent for working effectively under pressure in stressful work environments. Always holding a passion for safety and mission effectiveness, he has served as a military and commercial aviation Crew Resource Management (CRM) Instructor and instructor pilot on numerous aircraft. He is adept in strategic planning, problem identification and solution development, and building loyal and motivated teams to achieve success. Scott currently flies for a major U.S. airline and serves as a Line Check Airman training new pilots on his aircraft.

Scott holds a BS degree from the U.S. Naval Academy, MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, MAS from the U.S. Army War College and is a graduate of the U.S. Navy Aviation Safety Officer School.

Zach Peacock

CRM Subject Matter expert

Zach has over 20 years’ experience as a military leader, pilot and engineer. He thrives on leading and working within high-performing, diverse teams to deliver results in complex, face paced environments. Zach has flown over 440 combat missions applying CRM principles to safely operate and succeed in stress filled chaotic environments. He currently flies for a major U.S. commercial airline.

Zach holds a BS degree from Utah State University, MBA from Trident University International and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Air Command and Staff College.

Derek Sellers

CRM Subject matter expert

Derek has nearly 15 years’ experience in piloting commercial airliners and federal law enforcement. He always upholds the highest standards and serves as a mentor to new pilots - helping them achieve their greatest potential. Starting his career as a flight instructor, Derek was recognized by the FAA as providing exceptional training to students. At his first U.S. airline, he quickly attained the position of Line Check Airman, a designation to instruct pilots new to flying high performance passenger jets. When Derek isn’t flying the A320 across the country for a major U.S. airline, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children doing all things fun in the great outdoors.

Derek holds a BS degree from Utah Valley University.

Lisa Seeberger

Chief of STaff

As an educator and former public and private school teacher, Lisa proudly served as a military spouse while her husband deployed overseas on multiple occasions.  She currently volunteers for an organization assisting in the preservation of an historic Virginia village.  As the MAX-ALTITUDE Chief of Staff, Lisa coordinates scheduling of all company training and oversees finances.  

Lisa holds a BS degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University.

Jeanette Wagner

Law Enforcement Subject matter expert

With over 21 years’ experience as a sworn law enforcement officer, Jeanette brings forth expert police officer skills to MAX-ALTITUDE. Following her experience as a Patrol Officer for eight years, she has served as a Detective in Child Exploitation, Sex Crimes and Fugitive Extradition.

Jeanette holds a BA degree in Psychology from George Mason University and is a graduate of the Fairfax County Criminal Justice Academy.

Jeffrey Seidel

Jeff is a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major with a wealth of experience spanning over a 36 year highly respected military career. He served as an advisor to numerous commanding officers, Senior Enlisted Advisor in the Pentagon, and Observer Coach Trainer at a joint national training center. He clearly understands how to mentor, motivate and lead individuals by example and help grow an organization by drawing out every member’s full potential. Following his military service, he became a Texas Peace Officer and now has over four years experience as a University of Texas System Police Officer. Jeff is highly engaged with his community serving as the Community Engagement Crime Prevention officer.

Jeff holds a BS degree from Thomas Edison State University, MBA from Trident University International and is a graduate of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy and the University of Texas System Police Academy. He is also a certified Mental Health Peace Officer, Texas Basic Instructor, Crime Prevention Specialist, Law Enforcement Security Assessment Specialist and Crime Prevention through Environmental Design Specialist.

Greg Flournoy

LEADERSHIP COACH

Greg provides innovative and energetic training as a Leadership Coach.  For his entire life, he has held a deep passion for sports and been a strong mentor to other competitors.  As a devoted athlete, Greg was a two-time NCAA qualifier in Division I collegiate wresting and a four-time Virginia place-winner in high school wrestling.  Setting the standard for teamwork, professionalism and excellence, he served as the Team Captain for George Mason University’s 2016 Wrestling Team.  Greg’s competitive attitude and experience allow him to effectively communicate MAX-ALTITUDE’s mission and training to law enforcement officers.
